THE DEVELOPMENT OF INFORMATION SYSTEM FOR PERSONNEL DEVELOPMENT IN ORDER TO PROMOTE PROFESSIONAL PROGRESS OF TEACHERS AT BENCHAMARATRUNGSARIT 2 SCHOOL

Abstract
The purpose of this research is to develop the information system of personnel development in order to promote professional progress of teachers at Benchamaratrungsarit 2 School and to study the satisfaction of the users. There are 8 persons that were conducted by this feasibility study and 109 people had reached the satisfaction. The instrument used was interview form to study the feasibility of information system. This personnel development information is used to promote professional advancement of teachers through information system quality assessment and information system user satisfaction through questionnaires. The date was analyzed by using mean and the standard deviation. The result of the research revealed that the personnel development information system for promoting professional advancement of teachers is good (=4.42, S.D.=0.62) and the personnel of Benchamaratrungsarit 2 School were satisfied with the development information system to promote teachers' professional advancement to the highest level.
