The tools used in this study include an observation form, in-depth interview, group interview, and check or record form. This study was carried out in academic year 2018. Data analysis was done by content analysis. From the study, the academic administration model using a supervision system with teamwork between administrators and teachers of Udonthaniphitthayakhom School consisted of 2 cycles and 10 steps. Implementation could achieve the objective in every step and activity. Change from implementation that included academic administration using a supervision system with teamwork between administrators and teachers can be both expected and unexpected. For the expected change, an overview of the assessment of basic education standards becomes “Good” or level “3”. For expected change, it happens on individual, group, and school levels. For learning from implementation, it happens on researcher, parental, Basic School Board, teacher, and administrator levels. Knowledge from the implementation is an academic administration model using a supervision system with teamwork between administrators and teachers as a supplement.
