The paradigm of the educational development in the 21st Century under the THAILAND 4.0 Framework will see the implementation of a 20- year national strategic plan which includes the following initiatives: a concerted drive toward stability, security, sufficiency and sustainability; a practical drive to force reform in the structure of the educational research and development; a consolidation of force under the principle of republic; research and development activities involving educational personnel and learners under the principles of sufficiency economy in order to appreciate sufficiency, sharing, accountability and providing values, and continuous learning, virtuousness and good governance as a shield for the learning skills of the 21st Century of 6R12C3E models.
