The purpose of this research was to the study of the relationships of the factors that have the impact to the management of foreign workers and the management of foreign workers in Samut Sakhon and Samut Prakan province. This research is the qualitative research being done by using the questionnaires. Four hundred and fifteen groups of operators and employers in Samut Sakhon and Samut Prakan province were selected by simple random sampling. The statistics for data analysis included frequencies, percentages, means, standard deviations and Pearson’s product moment correlation coefficient. The research findings were as follows:
The immigration factors of foreign workers as a whole opinion was at the high level ( = 3.98, SD = 0.37), and considering in terms of items found that all items (oneself labor, labor market in the destination country, economic, and the population structure of Thailand) were also at the high level.
The management of foreign workers as a whole opinion was at the high level ( = 3.91, SD = 0.41), and considering in terms of items found that all items (registration, memorandum of understanding in cooperation (MOU), nationality verification, and status change process) were also at the high level.
The overall of migrant factor of workers had a positive relationship the management of migrant workers at a significant level of 0.01 with 0.79 of correlation coefficient.
