Abstract

Specific learning can be defined as a particular matter learning facilitation aimed to enhance the learner to truly understand and apply it. The Rice and Farmer school, Rice Department facilitates rice learning process through a training program and various activities. The aims to develop rice farmers to be professional ones and able to solve problems in rice production and elevate their livelihoods
