DESIGN AND PLANNING GUIDELINES RAJANAGARINTRA UNIVERSITY LINKAGE TO BANGKLA COMMUNITY

Abstract
This research is design and planning guidelines Rajabhat Rajanagarintra University linkage to Bangkla Community.The objectives of this research are 1).to study the planning management guidelines of Rajabhat Rajanagarindra University, Bangklaand the surrounding community. 2).To study the environments according to the planning management theories for the community development and 3).To study the guidelines for the environment design of Bangkla community by using the planning management of Rajabhat Rajanagarindra University, Bangkla. The data were collected by observations, questionnaires , and interviews. The samples of in this study consisted of 200 local residents Rajabhat Rajanagarindra University students, the personnel officers and the others who use the areas in Rajabhat Rajanagarindra University, Bangkla.
The results showed that physical environment Bangkla community around the university has expanded. Land-use has changed from Farmland area to Economic area such as commercial building, dormitories and shops. The results of this study also show that the composition of the planning Rajabhat Rajanagarindra University is an important area of public service, community service area. This can be applied for encouraging the management plan area of Rajabhat Rajanagarindra University which has the potential to improve the environment of Bangkla community.
