ประสิทธิผลการบริหารจัดการข้อมูลเหตุขัดข้องในการบริการซอฟต์แวร์โดยการนำมาตรฐาน ISO/IEC 29110 Part 4-3: Service delivery ไปปฏิบัติในภาคอุตสาหกรรมและบริการเทคโนโลยีดิจิทัล

บทคัดย่อ
ผลสำรวจผู้ประกอบการในอุตสาหกรรมดิจิทัลโดย ISO/JTC1SC7WG 24 พบว่า ผู้ประกอบการประสบปัญหาในเรื่องการบริหารจัดการเหตุขัดข้อง (Incident) ของลูกค้าถึง 49.1% ผู้ประกอบการควรปรับเปลี่ยนกระบวนการบริหารจัดการความต้องการของลูกค้า [1] ตามมาตรฐานคุณภาพซอฟต์แวร์สากล ISO/IEC 29110 Part 4-3: Service delivery [2], [3] โดยในงานวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ของงานวิจัยนี้เพื่อแสดงขั้นตอนการบริหารจัดการความเปลี่ยนแปลงที่ส่งผลกระทบกับการใช้งานของลูกค้า และประเมินประสิทธิผลของกระบวนการจัดการเหตุขัดข้องในการบริการ (Service Incident) พบว่า ก่อนนำมาตรฐานดังกล่าวมาประยุกต์ใช้ด้านการให้บริการและตอบสนองการใช้งานอยู่ที่ 40% จากนั้นดีขึ้นอย่างยิ่ง 100% หลังจากนำมาตรฐานสากลดังกล่าวมาประยุกต์ใช้
