Abstract

เครือข่ายแอดฮอคหรือเครือข่ายไร้สายเฉพาะกิจเป็นหนึ่งในเทคโนโลยีเครือข่ายที่ได้รับความนิยมและนำไปใช้งานในวงกว้าง มีหลายๆประเด็นที่น่าสนใจในเครือข่ายประเภทนี้เมื่อเทียบกับเครือข่ายมีสายและเครือข่ายไร้สายแบบมีโครงสร้าง เช่น เป็นเครือข่ายที่ไม่มีโครงสร้างแน่นอน เป็นเครือข่ายที่มีโมบิลิตี้ โหนดในเครือข่ายต้องทำหน้าที่เป็นตัวส่งข้อมูลเป็นเครือข่ายที่มีพลังงานจำกัด เป็นต้น ประเด็นหนึ่งที่สำ คญัของเครือข่ายนี้คือการค้นหาเส้นทางไปยังโหนดปลายทาง หรือเรียกว่า เร้าติ้ง ซึ่งแตกต่างกับเครือข่ายมีสายและเครือข่ายไร้สายแบบมีโครงสร้างเป็นอันมาก ดังนั้นในบทความนี้ได้มีการจัดกลุ่มโพรโทคอล ค้นหาเส้นทางออกเป็นตามกลุ่มการทำงานและอธิบายการวิธีทำงานของแต่ละกลุ่มในสภาพแวดล้อมแบบเครือข่ายไร้สายเฉพาะกิจ (Ad hoc Network)นี้

Routing Protocols in Ad hoc Network

Ad hoc Network is a type of networking technology which is popular and widely used. There are many interesting aspects in this network compared to wired network and wireless LAN. i.e., No Pre-existing Infrastructure, Node Mobility, Relay Node and Limited Energy etc. An important aspect in this network is
to find a proper route to destination node, call routing method. The ad hoc routing protocol is really different from the routing protocol in wired network and wireless LAN. Therefore, this paper classifies ad hoc routing protocols depending on their functions and describes how these routing protocols work in such network environment.
