Abstract

 บทความนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อนำเสนอทฤษฎีใหม่ คือ ทฤษฎีเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศคุณภาพบาล้านซ์สกอร์ค้าร์ด หรือบีเอสซีคิวไอที่พัฒนาจากทฤษฎีเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ คุณภาพหรือวิธีคิวไอที ซึ่งเกิดจากการบูรณาการระหว่างระเบียบวิธีคุณภาพ ได้แก่ บาล้านซ์สกอร์ค้าร์ด วิธีการ คุณภาพของศาสตร์หลัก ได้แก่ การพัฒนาทรัพยากรมนุษย์ และสารสนเทศหลักในองค์กร และเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ ได้แก่ การวิเคราะห์และออกแบบสารสนเทศและคุณลักษณะ คุณภาพของส่วนต่อประสานกับผู้ใช้ ซึ่งสามารถผลิต สารสนเทศคุณภาพบาล้านซ์สกอร์ค้าร์ดเพื่อการพัฒนา ทันตแพทย์ไว้ใช้งานในกองทันตสาธารณสุข สำนักอนามัย กรุงเทพมหานคร หากผู้เกี่ยวข้องให้การยอมรับและมีความต้องการ

Balanced Scorecard Quality Information for the Dentist Development: Analysis and Design

This article aims to propose a new theory—Balanced Scorecard Quality Information or BSQI developed from Quality Information Theory or QIT approach which integrates Quality Methodology that is Balanced Scorecard, Quality Method of principal science that is the development of human resources and core information technology in organization, and Information Technology that is the analysis and design of information technology and quality of user interface which can produce Balanced Scorecard Quality Information for the Dentist Development for use in Dental Health Division, Health Department, Bangkok Metropolitan Administration if it is acceptable and required by the stakeholders.
