การประยุกต์ใช้คิวอาร์โค้ดในการบันทึกข้อมูลการเข้าร่วมกิจกรรม เพื่อสำเร็จการศึกษาโดยนำเข้าข้อมูลผ่านระบบเก็บข้อมูลออนไลน์

Abstract

งานวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์คือ 1) เพื่อประยุกต์ใช้คิวอาร์โค้ด ในการบันทึกข้อมูลการเข้าร่วมกิจกรรมเพื่อสำเร็จการศึกษาโดยนำ เข้าข้อมูลผ่านระบบเก็บข้อมูลออนไลน์ 2) เพื่อศึกษาวิธีการลดและแก้ไขปัญหาในการบันทึกข้อมูลการเข้าร่วม กิจกรรมเพื่อสำเร็จการศึกษา 3) เพื่อศึกษาความพึงพอใจ ของคณะกรรมการนักศึกษาที่มีต่อการประยุกต์ใช้คิวอาร์โค้ด ในการบันทึกข้อมูลการเข้าร่วมกิจกรรมเพื่อสำเร็จการศึกษาโดยนำเข้าข้อมูลผ่านระบบเก็บข้อมูลออนไลน์ ซึ่งปัจจุบันใช้ วิธีการจดในสมุดจดบันทึก ทำให้ยากต่อการตรวจสอบอีกทั้งใช้เวลานาน นอกจากนี้เครื่องอ่านบัตรนักศึกษาต้องขอยืมจากหน่วยงานภายใน โดยมีข้อจำกัดเรื่องจำนวนเครื่องและระยะเวลาในการยืมคืน ซึ่งงานวิจัยนี้กำหนดให้มีการบันทึกข้อมูลเกี่ยวกับนักศึกษาลงในคิวอาร์โค้ด แล้วให้ผู้มีส่วน เกี่ยวข้องบันทึกการเข้าร่วมกิจกรรมผ่านบริการซิงก์และฝาก ข้อมูลของ “Dropbox” ในรูปแบบออนไลน์ จากนั้นจะทำการเชื่อมโยงข้อมูลที่ได้สู่ระบบ “Electronic Diamond Book” โดย สำนักทะเบียนเป็นผู้ตรวจสอบข้อมูลการเข้าร่วมกิจกรรมของนักศึกษาถ้าไม่ครบตามข้อตกลงนักศึกษาจะไม่สามารถแจ้งสำเร็จการศึกษาได้

จากผลการวิจัยพบว่าการประยุกต์ใช้คิวอาร์โค้ดในการ บันทึกข้อมูลการเข้าร่วมกิจกรรมเพื่อสำ เร็จการศึกษาโดย นำเข้าข้อมูลผ่านระบบเก็บข้อมูลออนไลน์ สามารถแก้ไข ปัญหาที่เกิดขึ้นได้จริง และช่วยให้การบันทึกการเข้าร่วม กิจกรรมของนักศึกษามีความถูกต้อง ชัดเจน และสามารถ ตรวจสอบได้ เมื่อสรุปผลการประเมินความพึงพอใจของคณะ กรรมการนักศึกษาที่มีต่อการประยุกต์ใช้คิวอาร์โค้ดในการ บันทึกข้อมูลการเข้าร่วมกิจกรรมเพื่อสำเร็จการศึกษาพบว่าอยู่ในระดับดี อีกทั้งมีข้อเสนอแนะว่าควรนำคิวอาร์โค้ดไปผนวกกับบัตรประจำตัวนักศึกษา

Application of QR Code to Activity Registration for graduate with import data via the online storage

The objectives of this research are 1) to apply QR code helping record information for student activity by importing data via online, 2) to learn how to reduce and fix the student activity record attendance for graduation, and 3) to find out the Board of Students’ satisfaction with the application of QR code.

Nowadays, recording data in notebook is took time to check. Also, student’s identification card readers have to be borrowed from the responsible authority. These are limits on the number and duration of circulation.

In this research, we will record information of each student inside the QR code. Then let the participants check it via online by using “Dropbox”. After that, it will be linked to the “Electronic Diamond Book” and the Registrar’s office will monitor it. At last if students did not participate they require activity, and then they cannot complete their studies.

The results showed that to apply QR code helping record information for student activity by importing data via online can solve the problem and this were precise, concise, and clear. The result of evaluation by asking the Board of Students’ satisfaction with the QR code applying through the situation, there is at a good level. There is also a suggestion that should apply the QR code to integrate with the student Identification card, in order to facilitate students overall in efficiency.
