การพัฒนาสื่อฝึกอบรมเพื่อพัฒนาความรู้ในการควบคุมเครื่องจักรอัตโนมัติสำหรับพนักงานแผนกประกอบ 2 ฝ่ายผลิต บริษัทดีดีเค (ประเทศไทย) จำกัด

Abstract

การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) พัฒนาสื่อฝึกอบรมเรื่อง การควบคุมเครื่องจักรอัตโนมัติสำหรับพนักงาน แผนกประกอบ 2 ฝ่ายผลิต บริษัทดีดีเค (ประเทศไทย) จำกัด 2) เปรียบเทียบผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนของผู้เข้าฝึกอบรม ก่อนและหลังการฝึกอบรมด้วยสื่อฝึกอบรมที่พัฒนาขึ้น และ 3) ศึกษาความพึงพอใจของผู้เข้ารับการฝึกอบรมที่อบรมด้วย สื่อฝึกอบรมที่พัฒนาขึ้น ผู้วิจัยใช้โปรแกรม Adobe Captivate 6 ในการพัฒนาสื่อฝึกอบรม และนำมาทดลองกับกลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ พนักงานแผนกประกอบ 2 ฝ่ายผลิต บริษัทดีดีเค (ประเทศไทย) จำกัด 30 คน สถิติสำหรับการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล คือ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และสถิติ t-test ผลการศึกษาพบว่า 1) ผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนของ ผู้เข้ารับการฝึกอบรมหลังฝึกอบรมด้วยสื่อฝึกอบรมที่พัฒนา ขึ้นมีผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนสูงกว่าก่อนการฝึกอบรมอย่าง มีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 และ 2) พนักงานที่เข้ารับการฝึกอบรมด้วยสื่อที่พัฒนาขึ้นมีความพึงพอใจภาพรวมอยู่ ในระดับมาก (  = 4.18, SD = 0.61)

The Development of Training Media for Developing Machine Control Knowledge for Assembly2’s Operators of Production Department DDK (Thailand) Ltd.

The research was carried out with the aims to 1) design and develop the training media develop machine control knowledge for Assembly2’s operators of production department DDK (Thailand) Ltd. 2) evaluate the achievement before and after training from the developed training media. 3) study satisfaction of trainees who trained with developed media that made from Adobe Captivate6. The sample of this research was purposively selected 30 staffs who work in Assembly 2 production department DDK (THAILAND) Ltd. By purposive sampling method. The research finding showed that 1) learning achievement of staff after trained with developed media was significantly higher than previous. 2) Staffs were satisfied the media at the high level.
