Applying Augmented Reality in the Elementary School Classroom

Abstract

Nowadays, technology plays a role in all aspects of education. One of the best technologies that can help make teaching and learning management in elementary school more effective is Augmented Reality, also known as AR. Publishers now provide AR learning applications in textbook for teachers that can help improve students learning skills, which can promote and encourage students to keep up with changing technology trends. Before students can use AR to learn anywhere and anytime, not just in the classroom. Teachers should take learning content and student age into consideration before implementing AR in their classroom. AR can also help explain complex subjects and visualize data for students, thus helping stimulate student learning as well.
