การวิเคราะห์การถ่ายเทความร้อนของฟิล์มกรองแสงอาคารด้วยระเบียบวิธีไฟไนต์เอลิเมนต์และการประเมินความคุ้มค่าเชิงเศรษฐศาสตร์ในภูมิอากาศเขตร้อน

บทคัดย่อ
งานวิจัยนี้ศึกษาพฤติกรรมการถ่ายเทความร้อนภายในอาคารภายใต้สภาวะคงตัว โดยเปรียบเทียบสมรรถนะของฟิล์มกรองแสง 5 ประเภท ได้แก่ ฟิล์มเคลือบโลหะ ฟิล์มแบล็กฟอสฟอรัส ฟิล์มใสกันความร้อน ฟิล์มนิรภัย และฟิล์มเซรามิก แม้ว่างานวิจัยที่ผ่านมาได้มีการศึกษาคุณสมบัติของฟิล์มกรองแสงแล้ว แต่ยังขาดการวิเคราะห์เชิงเปรียบเทียบภายใต้แบบจำลองเชิงตัวเลขเดียวกัน ควบคู่กับการประเมินความคุ้มค่าทางเศรษฐศาสตร์ในบริบทของภูมิอากาศเขตร้อน ในการศึกษานี้ได้ประยุกต์ใช้ระเบียบวิธีไฟไนต์เอลิเมนต์ (Finite Element Method: FEM) เพื่อวิเคราะห์การกระจายอุณหภูมิแบบสองมิติ โดยพัฒนาแบบจำลองเชิงตัวเลขด้วยโปรแกรมภาษาซี และทำการทวนสอบความถูกต้องของผลลัพธ์กับซอฟต์แวร์ COMSOL Multiphysics ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ฟิล์มเซรามิกมีสมรรถนะในการลดการถ่ายเทความร้อนดีที่สุด ภายใต้เงื่อนไขของแบบจำลอง โดยสามารถลดอุณหภูมิที่ผิวกระจกด้านในได้ตํ่าสุดที่ 35.12 องศาเซลเซียส และลดปริมาณความร้อนที่ถ่ายเทผ่านกระจกได้ร้อยละ 31.67 ในด้านการประเมินเชิงเศรษฐศาสตร์ พบว่าฟิล์มเซรามิก ช่วยลดค่าใช้จ่ายด้านพลังงานได้ประมาณ 929.39 บาทต่อปี ส่งผลให้ค่าไฟฟ้าลดลงเหลือ 2,005.51 บาทต่อปี และมีระยะเวลาคืนทุนเฉลี่ยประมาณ 3.87 ปี ซึ่งสะท้อนถึงแนวโน้มความคุ้มค่าในการลงทุนภายใต้สมมติฐานของแบบจำลอง อย่างไรก็ตาม แบบจำลองนี้พิจารณาเฉพาะการนำความร้อน (Conduction) และไม่ได้รวมผลของการพาความร้อน (Convection) และการแผ่รังสี (Radiation) ดังนั้นผลลัพธ์จึงควรถูกตีความภายใต้ข้อจำกัดดังกล่าว งานวิจัยนี้มีส่วนช่วยเชื่อมโยงการวิเคราะห์เชิงอุณหพลศาสตร์กับการตัดสินใจเชิงเศรษฐศาสตร์ เพื่อสนับสนุนการเลือกใช้วัสดุสำหรับการออกแบบอาคารประหยัดพลังงานในสภาพภูมิอากาศร้อน
