การวิเคราะห์ความพึงพอใจต่อการเดินทางโดยรถขนส่งสาธารณะในเขตเทศบาลนครนครราชสีมาด้วยตัวแบบถดถอยโลจิสติกส์เชิงลำดับ

บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อวิเคราะห์ปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อความพึงพอใจของผู้โดยสารต่อการใช้บริการรถโดยสารสาธารณะในเขตเทศบาลนครนครราชสีมา เพื่อใช้เป็นข้อมูลในการพัฒนาระบบขนส่งสาธารณะเพื่อเชื่อมต่อการเดินทางด้วยรถไฟความเร็วสูงในเขตเมืองนครราชสีมา โดยการเก็บข้อมูลด้วยแบบสอบถามจากผู้ใช้บริการรถขนส่งสาธารณะจำนวน 400 ราย และวิเคราะห์ความสัมพันธ์ของปัจจัยด้วยแบบจำลองถดถอยโลจิสติกส์เชิงลำดับ (Ordinal Logistic Regression - OLR) ผลการศึกษาพบว่าปัจจัยที่มีอิทธิพลต่อความพึงพอใจอย่างมีนัยสำคัญ ได้แก่ ด้านระดับการศึกษา ความถี่ในการเดินทาง ประเภทของยานพาหนะที่ใช้บริการ ระยะเวลาในการเดินทาง และช่วงเวลาในการเดินทาง ผู้โดยสารพึงพอใจสูงสุด ในด้านราคาค่าโดยสารที่เหมาะสมกับระยะทางและจำนวนเที่ยวรถที่เพียงพอ ในขณะที่ความสะดวกสบายของเก้าอี้นั่ง และระยะเวลารอขึ้นรถได้รับความพึงพอใจน้อยที่สุด ข้อเสนอแนะสำคัญจากงานวิจัยนี้ ได้แก่ การปรับปรุงคุณภาพของที่นั่ง เพิ่มจำนวนเที่ยวรถ และปรับปรุงความปลอดภัย เพื่อตอบสนองความต้องการของผู้โดยสารได้ดีขึ้น การวิจัยนี้มีความสำคัญต่อการวางแผนและปรับปรุงระบบขนส่งสาธารณะในเขตเทศบาลนครนครราชสีมาให้มีประสิทธิภาพและเพิ่มความพึงพอใจของผู้โดยสารในอนาคต
