Abstract

This aim of this research is to 1) Development of interactive multimedia for learning how to send documents and registration as a student of Rajamangala University of Technology Isan. 2) Study the perception of the sample group before and after using the multimedia interaction. 3) Study the satisfaction of the sample after using the multimedia interaction. The samples were students in the senior high school grade 12, Suranaree Witthaya School, Nakhon Ratchasima, the first semester of the academic year 2019, Amount 46 people. Obtained from using the probability sampling method with Cluster sampling methods. The instruments used in the research were interactive multimedia for learning how to send documents and registration as a student of Rajamangala University of Technology Isan. The tools used for data collection were 1) Quality assessment form for multimedia interaction consist of content, design and technical. 2) Perception level test form of sample group before and after using multimedia interaction. 3) Satisfaction survey form of sample group after using multimedia interaction. Statistics used are mean, percentage and standard deviation. The research found that 1) Quality of interactive multimedia overall at quality is very good, the average was 4.72. 2) Perception of the sample group before using multimedia interaction overall the perception at the least level, perception was 47.82 percent, Perception of the sample group after using multimedia interaction overall the perception at the highest level, perception was 84.64 percent. 3) Satisfaction of the sample group after using multimedia interaction overall satisfaction was at a high level, satisfied at the average was 4.39.
