การพัฒนาแอปพลิเคชันเพื่อการท่องเที่ยวเชิงศาสนาในบริบทกิจกรรมที่เกิดใหม่ ของจังหวัดศรีสะเกษ

การวิจัยในครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาแนวทางการจัดทำสารสนเทศเพื่อการท่องเที่ยวเชิงศาสนาในบริบทกิจกรรมที่เกิดใหม่ของจังหวัดศรีสะเกษ โดยชุมชนมีส่วนร่วม 2) พัฒนาแอปพลิเคชันเพื่อการท่องเที่ยวเชิงศาสนาในบริบทกิจกรรมที่เกิดใหม่ของจังหวัดศรีสะเกษ 3) ประเมินประสิทธิภาพของแอปพลิเคชัน 4) ศึกษาความพึงพอใจแอปพลิเคชัน กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ 1) ผู้เชี่ยวชาญจำนวน 10 คน สำหรับประเมินประสิทธิภาพ 2) กลุ่มผู้ใช้งาน จำนวน 400 คน สำหรับประเมินความพึงพอใจ เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ คือ 1) แบบสัมภาษณ์ 2) แอปพลิเคชันเพื่อการท่องเที่ยวเชิงศาสนาในบริบทกิจกรรมที่เกิดใหม่ของจังหวัดศรีสะเกษ 3) แบบสอบถามประสิทธิภาพ 4) แบบสอบถามความพึงพอใจ สถิติที่ใช้ได้แก่ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) แนวทางการจัดทำสารสนเทศประกอบด้วย กำหนดแหล่งท่องเที่ยวเชิงศาสนา ระบุกิจกรรม จัดทำสารสนเทศศิลปวัฒนธรรมและภูมิปัญญาท้องถิ่น บันทึกข้อมูลแหล่งท่องเที่ยวในฐานข้อมูล และเผยแพร่สารสนเทศบนระบบเครือข่ายอินเตอร์เน็ต โดยสามารถเผยแพร่ข้อมูลได้หลากหลายแพลตฟอร์ม 2) การพัฒนาแอปพลิเคชันการพัฒนาระบบบริหารจัดการฐานข้อมูลด้วยโปรแกรมภาษา PHP และ MySQL สามารถบันทึกและปรับปรุงข้อมูลกิจกรรมการท่องเที่ยวได้ตามที่ออกแบบไว้ โปรแกรมเว็บแอปพลิเคชันพัฒนาด้วย Flutter Framework โดยใช้ภาษา Dart พัฒนาบนโปรแกรม Android Studio และพัฒนาระบบการประมวลผลการนำทาง ด้วยเทคโนโลยี Google Maps API แอปพลิเคชันสามารถดำเนินการได้ตามที่ออกแบบไว้ 3) ผลการประเมินประสิทธิภาพของแอปพลิเคชัน พบว่า มีประสิทธิภาพอยู่ในระดับดีค่าเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ 4.17 ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน 0.35 4) ผลการศึกษาความพึงพอใจ พบว่า มีความพึงพอใจระดับดีมาก ค่าเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ 4.63 ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน 0.56
