การพัฒนาระบบสารสนเทศเพื่อการจัดการวัสดุครุภัณฑ์ผ่าน QR Code และ Line Notify ด้วย MVC Framework

บทคัดย่อ
การประยุกต์ใช้ระบบสารสนเทศในองค์กรมีความสำคัญซึ่งถูกนำไปใช้กับงานในหลายส่วน รวมถึงงานที่เกี่ยวกับการจัดการวัสดุครุภัณฑ์ให้มีประสิทธิภาพมากขึ้น ในการวิจัยจึงมีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) เพื่อออกแบบและพัฒนาระบบสารสนเทศเพื่อการจัดการวัสดุครุภัณฑ์ผ่าน QR Code และ Line notify ด้วย MVC Framework 2) เพื่อประเมินประสิทธิภาพระบบสารสนเทศเพื่อการจัดการวัสดุครุภัณฑ์ 3) เพื่อสำรวจความพึงพอใจของการใช้งานระบบสารสนเทศเพื่อการจัดการวัสดุครุภัณฑ์ ผลการวิจัยพบว่าการพัฒนาระบบด้วยวิธีการแบบ RAD ทำให้ได้การสร้างและพัฒนาระบบสารสนเทศที่รวดเร็วขึ้นและตรงกับความต้องการของกลุ่มผู้ใช้งาน โดยตัวระบบได้ถูกออกแบบด้วย MVC Framework ร่วมกับ Bootstrap CSS ระบบสารสนเทศที่ได้จะอยู่ในรูปแบบเว็บแอปพลิเคชัน สามารถแสดงผลให้มีความเหมาะสมกับหน้าจอขนาดต่างๆ นอกจากนี้ระบบยังออกแบบรองรับการจัดการวัสดุครุภัณฑ์ การแจ้งซ่อมผ่านเทคโนโลยี QR Code รวมถึงสามารถแจ้งเตือนการซ่อมบำรุงผ่าน Line Notify ทำให้งานด้านวัสดุครุภัณฑ์มีความสะดวกและรวดเร็วขึ้น ผลการประเมินประสิทธิภาพของระบบโดยผู้เชี่ยวชาญอยู่ในระดับดีมากที่ค่าเฉลี่ย 4.71 และเมื่อนำไปใช้งานจริงแล้วทำการประเมินผลความพึงพอใจโดยกลุ่มตัวอย่างจำนวน 50 คน ผลการประเมินภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับดีมากที่ค่าเฉลี่ย 4.72 แสดงให้เห็นว่าระบบสารสนเทศที่พัฒนาขึ้นมีประสิทธิภาพที่ดี
