Articles in Press
 
Articles in Press refers to peer-reviewed research papers that have been officially accepted for publication in the journal but have not yet been assigned to a final publication volume, issue, or page range. These articles are published online shortly after acceptance to ensure rapid dissemination of the research. Based on their workflow stage, they are classified into the following categories:
  • Journal Pre-proofs: The raw, unformatted version of the manuscript as accepted by the editor. It includes a temporary cover sheet with journal metadata but has not yet undergone typesetting, copyediting, or author proofreading.
  • Uncorrected Proofs: Articles that have been formatted into the journal's official layout and layout template by our publishing team, currently awaiting final proofreading and approval from the authors.
  • Corrected Proofs: The finalized version of the manuscript that has been thoroughly reviewed and approved by the authors and editors. The text, figures, and tables are locked and ready for full citation.

 

Online First
 
Online First represents peer-reviewed articles that have completed the entire editorial, formatting, copyediting, and author proofreading production line. These papers are presented in their final layout, exactly as they will appear in the compiled issue.
  • Key Characteristics:
    • The text and visual layout are complete, finalized, and locked.
    • Articles are immediately available for reading and public access via the journal's platform.
    • Note on Citation: Digital Object Identifiers (DOIs) are not assigned or activated at this stage. Instead of traditional page numbers, each article is assigned a unique Article ID, which is already included in the online manuscript. A unique DOI will be assigned, registered, and activated once the article is formally bundled into a scheduled volume and issue. During the Online First phase, these articles can be cited using the author names, article title, journal name, publication year, Article ID, and the article's permanent URL link.
