A CMOS Positive Current Clipping and A New D/A Converter Application
Main Article Content
Abstract
This paper presents a CMOS positive current clipping that uses only seven MOSFERs. In addition. An application of the proposed current clipping as a new current mode D/A converter is introduced. The proposed clipping consists of current- controlled, which is a feature. Simulation results by using the PSPICE with a 0.5 um MOSFET (MIETEC) show that the proposed clipping and the proposed D/A converter are suitable for application current mode analogue signal processing . The proposed current mode D/A converter is suitable for converting the many-bits digital signal with the advantage in view of a chip area.
