Abstract
ผู้เขียนใคร่แนะนำให้ท่านได้รู้จักกับเครื่องมือที่มีชื่อว่า Moire Apparatus ซึ่งเป็นเครื่องมือที่มีประโยชน์ต่อการค้นคว้าเกี่ยวกับเรื่อง Photo Elasticity โดยเฉพาะอย่างยิ่งเกี่ยวกับ Stress, Strain. Moment, Slope และ Deflection ของ Piate และ Slab เครื่องมือนี้ถูกแนะนำโดย F.K. Ligtenberg ชาวเนเทอร์แลนด์ ซึ่งทำการค้นคว้าเกี่ยวกับการหา Moment ใน Slab Mode! (1) และหลังจากนั้นก็ถูกนำมาใช้อย่างแพร่หลาย
