Developing and Finding Efficiency of Teaching Packages on Skill Training for Vocational Diploma Program (Vocational Certificate), Office of the Vocational Education Commission

Abstract

The objectives of this research were to: 1) develop and find the efficiency of the skill training teaching package with the effectiveness criteria at 80/80, 2) compare the learning achievement of the learners before and after learning with the skill training teaching package, 3) study the level of teachers’ satisfaction towards the skill- training teaching package, and 4) study the learners’ satisfaction towards the learning management by the skill training teaching package. The sample group in this research included 35 students from Group 5-6, Department of Electrical Engineering, Phatthalung Technical College in the second semester of academic year 2022. The research statistics included percentage, mean, standard deviation, and t-test.

The results can be summarized as follows. 1) The effectiveness of the skill training teaching package was 81.38/84.90. 2) The students’ learning achievement after learning with the training package was significantly higher than that before at the 0.05 level. 3) The teachers were highly satisfied with the skill training teaching package. Finally, 4) the learners reported their satisfaction towards the learning management using the teaching skill package at a high level.
