การเปรียบเทียบประสิทธิภาพของแผนภูมิควบคุม TEWMA-Max และ GWMA-Max ภายใต้การแจกแจงไวบูล

บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อเปรียบเทียบประสิทธิภาพของแผนภูมิควบคุม TEWMA-Max และ GWMA-Max ในการตรวจจับการเปลี่ยนแปลงของค่าเฉลี่ยและความแปรปรวนของกระบวนการภายใต้ข้อมูลที่มีการแจกแจงแบบไวบูล (Weibull distribution) ซึ่งสะท้อนลักษณะของกระบวนการผลิตจริงที่ไม่เป็นไปตามสมมติฐานของการแจกแจงปรกติ แผนภูมิควบคุมทั้งสองถูกพัฒนาต่อยอดจากแนวคิดของแผนภูมิควบคุม Max โดยแผนภูมิควบคุม TEWMA-Max ใช้การถ่วงน้ำหนักแบบเลขชี้กำลังซ้อนสามชั้น ในขณะที่ GWMA-Max ใช้การถ่วงน้ำหนักแบบทั่วไปที่มีความยืดหยุ่นมากกว่า เพื่อให้สอดคล้องกับสมมติฐานของแผนภูมิควบคุมที่อิงการแจกแจงปรกติ ข้อมูลจากการแจกแจงไวบูล จึงถูกแปลงให้ลู่เข้าสู่การแจกแจงปรกติมาตรฐานด้วยวิธีการแปลงผกผัน (Inverse transform method) จากนั้นประเมินประสิทธิภาพของแผนภูมิควบคุมทั้งสองด้วยการจำลองแบบมอนติคาร์โล (Monte Carlo simulation) ภายใต้พารามิเตอร์การควบคุม

โดยแบ่งเป็นสามกรณี ได้แก่ การเปลี่ยนแปลงของค่าเฉลี่ย (Mean Shift: MS) การเปลี่ยนแปลงของความแปรปรวน (Variance Shift: VS) และการเปลี่ยนแปลงทั้งสองพร้อมกัน (Mean and Variance Shift: MVS) ซึ่งผลการวิจัยพบว่า แผนภูมิควบคุม GWMA-Max ให้ค่า
ต่ำกว่าแผนภูมิควบคุม TEWMA-Max ในเกือบทุกสถานการณ์ โดยเฉพาะในกรณี MS และ MVS ซึ่งแสดงถึงความสามารถในการตรวจจับการเปลี่ยนแปลงของกระบวนการได้รวดเร็วกว่า อย่างไรก็ตามประสิทธิภาพของทั้งสองแผนภูมิลดลงเมื่อการเปลี่ยนแปลงเกิดขึ้นเฉพาะด้านความแปรปรวน (VS) ซึ่งสอดคล้องกับคุณสมบัติของแผนภูมิควบคุม Max ที่ตอบสนองต่อการเปลี่ยนแปลงของค่าเฉลี่ยได้ดีกว่าการเปลี่ยนแปลงของความแปรปรวน
