การพัฒนาเซนเซอร์ไวต่อแรงกดจากแผ่นฟิล์มนำไฟฟ้าสำหรับการประยุกต์ใช้ในงานกายภาพบำบัด

บทคัดย่อ

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อพัฒนาและประเมินสมรรถนะของเซนเซอร์ไวต่อแรงกดที่สร้างจากแผ่นฟิล์มนำไฟฟ้าสำหรับการประยุกต์ใช้ในงานกายภาพบำบัด โดยทำการทดสอบฟิล์มสองชนิด ได้แก่ Treee MD30-60 และ Mommy Sensitive เทียบกับค่าแรงมาตรฐานจากเครื่อง Digital Force Gauge (DFG50) ภายใต้แรงกดมาตรฐานช่วง
0 - 60 นิวตัน บนฐานรองโฟมที่มีค่าสัมประสิทธิ์ความยืดหยุ่นต่างกัน 2 ชนิด (โฟมอ่อนและโฟมแข็ง) ซึ่งทำหน้าที่เป็นฐานรองรับเพื่อกระจายแรงกดและจำลองสภาวะความยืดหยุ่นของชั้นกล้ามเนื้อ ใช้สถิติการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล คือ การหาค่าเฉลี่ย (Mean)  ค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน (SD)  การวิเคราะห์ลักษณะการตอบสนองและการคำนวณค่าสัมประสิทธิ์ความแปรปรวน (CV) เพื่อประเมินความเสถียรและความแม่นยำของเซนเซอร์ ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ฟิล์ม Treee MD30-60 มีความเหมาะสมที่สุด โดยสามารถตรวจวัดแรงกดได้ครอบคลุมช่วงการใช้งานจริง (0 - 60 นิวตัน) มีลักษณะการตอบสนองแบบไม่เป็นเชิงเส้น (Non-linear) แต่มีความซ้ำเดิมที่ดีและมีค่าสัมประสิทธิ์ความแปรปรวน (CV) ต่ำสุดที่ร้อยละ 7.98 ในขณะที่ฟิล์ม Mommy Sensitive ไม่สามารถตอบสนองบนพื้นผิวที่มีความยืดหยุ่นได้ ผู้วิจัยจึงนำฟิล์ม Treee MD30-60 มาพัฒนาระบบต้นแบบวัดแรงกดแบบ 4 จุด ประมวลผลด้วยไมโครคอนโทรลเลอร์ Arduino Mega 2560 ซึ่งสามารถแสดงผลค่าแรงเป็นหน่วยนิวตันได้แบบเรียลไทม์ ต้นแบบดังกล่าวแสดงศักยภาพในการต่อยอดสู่การสร้างเครื่องมือวัดเชิงวิศวกรรมที่มีต้นทุนต่ำ และสามารถปรับใช้ในงานวิจัยหรือระบบวัดแรงกดทางกายภาพบำบัดที่ต้องการความแม่นยำสูง
