รูปแบบการจัดการเรียนการสอนเพื่อผลิตครูอาชีวศึกษานักปฏิบัติ มหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีราชมงคลธัญบุรี

การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) สร้างรูปแบบการจัดการเรียนการสอนเพื่อผลิตครูอาชีวศึกษานักปฏิบัติ มหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีราชมงคลธัญบุรี 2) ประเมินความเหมาะสมของรูปแบบการจัดการเรียนการสอน และ 3) เปรียบเทียบความคิดเห็น ของผู้บริหารและอาจารย์ผู้สอนที่มีต่อรูปแบบการจัดการเรียนการสอน ผู้วิจัยได้ดำเนินการวิจัยดังต่อไปนี้ ขั้นตอนที่ 1) สร้างรูปแบบการจัดการเรียนการสอน โดยเริ่มจากการศึกษาเอกสารและงานวิจัยที่เกี่ยวข้อง และนำมาสังเคราะห์องค์ประกอบเพื่อสร้างร่างรูปแบบ จากนั้นนำเสนอร่างรูปแบบการจัดการเรียนการสอน แก่ผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ จำนวน 10 คน เพื่อพิจารณาตรวจสอบ และนำข้อเสนอแนะมาแก้ไขปรับปรุงรูปแบบการจัดการเรียนการสอน ให้สมบูรณ์มากยิ่งขึ้น ขั้นตอนที่ 2) ประเมินความเหมาะสมของรูปแบบการจัดการเรียนการสอน ซึ่งกลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยขั้นตอนนี้ประกอบด้วยผู้บริหาร 12 คน และอาจารย์ผู้สอนกลุ่มมหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีราชมงคล จำนวน 15 คน รวมเป็น 27 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้การวิจัย คือ แบบประเมินความเหมาะสมของรูปแบบการจัดการเรียนการสอน โดยมีลักษณะเป็นแบบประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ ผู้วิจัยได้นำเสนอรายละเอียดของรูปแบบการจัดการเรียนการสอน ต่อที่ประชุม และให้ผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิซึ่งเป็นกลุ่มตัวอย่างประเมินความเหมาะสมของรูปแบบด้วยแบบประเมิน ที่สร้างขึ้น จากนั้นนำข้อมูลที่ได้มาทำการวิเคราะห์ และสรุปผลทางสถิติต่อไป
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า รูปแบบการจัดการเรียนการสอนเพื่อผลิตครูอาชีวศึกษานักปฏิบัติ มหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีราชมงคลธัญบุรี มีความเหมาะสมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด ( = 4.54, S.D. = 0.14) และผลการเปรียบเทียบค่าเฉลี่ยความเหมาะสมที่มีต่อรูปแบบการจัดการเรียนการสอน ของผู้บริหาร และอาจารย์ผู้สอนไม่มีความแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ ซึ่งแสดงให้เห็นว่า รูปแบบการจัดการเรียนการสอนเพื่อผลิตครูอาชีวศึกษานักปฏิบัติ มหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีราชมงคลธัญบุรีสามารถนำไปใช้เป็นแนวทางในการผลิตครูอาชีวศึกษานักปฏิบัติได้
