THE DEVELOPMENT OF INFORMATION SYSTEM ON DIGITAL PORTFOLIO FOR TEACHERS UNDER THE OFFICE OF PRIMARY EDUCATION AREA, CHACHOENGSAO DISTRICT 1

Abstract
The purposes of this research aimed to create, to assess the quality, and to study teacher satisfaction with teachers' digital portfolio information systems under the office of Chachoengsao primary educational service area 1. The contributors in this research were qualified persons of five people using specific selection criteria, the sample group used in a satisfaction study was 327 people. The research instruments consisted of 1) the teacher's digital portfolio information system. 2) Digital File Information System Quality Assessment Form, and 3) Teacher satisfaction evaluation form for digital portfolio Information system. The data were analyzed using mean and standard deviation. The research results were found that quality of teachers' digital portfolio information system under the Chachoengsao primary educational service area office 1, the overall quality was at a high level ( = 4.47, S.D. = 0.50) and teachers who use the system were satisfied with the digital portfolio information system at the highest level ( = 4.35, S.D. = 0.75). The digital portfolio information system was intended to be used as a systematic storage source for individual data. Government teachers and educational personnel used it in the evaluation of performance (Salary promotion) and assessment of the promotion.
