Abstract

The objectives of this research are : 1) to study, analyze, and synthesize the documents as well as the researches relevant to the concept of an intelligent database management system architecture on cloud to support the inventory storage, 2) to design the concept of an intelligent database management system architecture on cloud, 3) to develop the concept of an intelligent database management system architecture on cloud, and 4) to study the results of satisfaction evaluation on the development of the concept an intelligent database management system architecture on cloud. According to the results of this research, it is found that: 1) the intelligent database management system architecture on cloud consists of 5 elements,   i.e. stakeholders, database system, inventory storage, cloud computing technology, and equipment, 2) the results of satisfaction evaluation on the development of the intelligent database management system architecture on cloud reflect that (2.1) the satisfaction in terms of overall elements of the system architecture is at very high level (gif.latex?\bar{x} =4.72, S.D.=0.45); 3) the results of satisfaction evaluation as to separated elements can be summarized as follows: (3.1) the satisfaction of user element is at very high level ( gif.latex?\bar{x}=4.62, S.D.gif.latex?\bar{x}=0.48), (3.2) the satisfaction on database system element is at very high level (gif.latex?\bar{x} =4.69, S.D.gif.latex?\bar{x}=0.55), (3.3) the satisfaction on inventory storage element is at very high level ( gif.latex?\bar{x}=4.79, S.D.gif.latex?\bar{x}=0.43), (3.4) the satisfaction on cloud computing technology element is at very high level (gif.latex?\bar{x}=4.74, S.D.gif.latex?\bar{x}=0.43), and (3.5) the satisfaction on equipment element is at very high level (gif.latex?\bar{x} =4.78, S.D.=0.44); and 4) the satisfaction on application of the system architecture is at very high level (gif.latex?\bar{x}=4.74, S.D. gif.latex?\bar{x}=0.44).
