The purposes of this research were 1) to develop of coaching package with web application of business process simulation modeling to enhance decision making ability for supervisors and 2) to examine the implementation of a coaching package. The samples were 20 Warehouse Supervisors at Eastern Seaboard Industrial Estate (Rayong) which are obtained via purposive sampling. The research tools
consisted of 1) a coaching package with web application of business process simulation modeling on business process flow of Outbound Warehouse Operation with the score of Index of item Objective Congruence between 0.67 – 1.00 2) an activity assessment form using rubric scoring 3) a decision-making ability test with the score of Index of item Objective Congruence between 0.67 – 1.00, reliability test using KR-20 at 0.70. The data was analyzed using mean, percentage, standard deviation and t-test dependent.
The research results indicated that the developed coaching package consisted of five components as follows; 1) user manual 2) media 3) content 4) activity 5) assessment form. It contained six steps as follows; 1) present a situation 2) Identify problem and scopes 3) collect and gather relevant data 4) Identify alternatives 5) analyze alternatives and 6) choose alternative. The assessment of activity showed that 15 of 20 supervisors (75%) were at a good level. The experimental result indicated that the subjects had a decision-making ability post-test mean scores higher than pretest mean scores at .05 level of significance.
