บทคัดย่อ
การเปลี่ยนแปลงของโลก (Disruptive World) อันเนื่องมาจากการประยุกต์ใช้เทคโนโลยีดิจิทัลและโมเดลสมัยใหม่ (Digital Disruption) ซึ่งได้แก่ เทคโนโลยีการสื่อสาร เทคโนโลยีการแบ่งปันทรัพยากรผ่านเครือข่าย ปัญญาประดิษฐ์ หุ่นยนต์ บล็อกเชน บิ๊กเดต้า และอินเทอร์เน็ตแห่งสรรพสิ่ง ทำให้เกิดการเปลี่ยนแปลงทุกภาคส่วน ไม่เว้นแม้กระทั่งภาคการเกษตร ประกอบกับยุทธศาสตร์ชาติ 20 ปี พ.ศ. 2561-2570 ที่กำหนดโมเดลเศรษฐกิจไทยแลนด์ 4.0 ให้มีการขับเคลื่อนประเทศด้วยนวัตกรรม เพื่อให้ประชาชน “มั่นคง มั่งคั่ง ยั่งยืน” นโยบายไทยแลนด์ 4.0 ภาคการเกษตรเป็นการขับเคลื่อนการเปลี่ยนแปลงเศรษฐกิจแบบเดิมไปเป็นเศรษฐกิจที่ขับเคลื่อนด้วยงานวิจัย ความคิดสร้างสรรค์ นวัตกรรม และการลงทุน การใช้เทคโนโลยีสมัยใหม่ อาทิเช่น เทคโนโลยีดิจิทัลในระบบสมาร์ทฟาร์ม จะช่วยให้เกิดการเปลี่ยนแปลงผลิตภาพตลอดห่วงโซ่อุปทาน
