องค์ประกอบและสภาพความต้องการจำเป็นในการพัฒนาแรงงานอาชีวศึกษาให้มีความสามารถเพื่อการได้รับการจ้างงานในประชาคมเศรษฐกิจอาเซียน: มุมมองของผู้ประกอบการ

บทคัดย่อ
งานวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) วิเคราะห์องค์ประกอบเชิงยืนยันความสามารถเพื่อการได้รับการจ้างงานในประชาคมเศรษฐกิจอาเซียนของแรงงานอาชีวศึกษา และ 2) ศึกษาความต้องการจำเป็นในการพัฒนาความสามารถเพื่อการได้รับการจ้างงานในประชาคมเศรษฐกิจอาเซียนของแรงงานอาชีวศึกษาในมุมมองของผู้ประกอบการ กลุ่มตัวอย่างในการวิจัยคือ ผู้บริหารหรือหัวหน้าส่วนงานของสถานประกอบการในประเทศไทย จำนวน 420 คน ได้มาโดยการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบหลายขั้นตอน เครื่องมือที่ใช้คือแบบสอบถามแบบมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า จำนวน 82 ข้อ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้ค่าเฉลี่ย การวิเคราะห์องค์ประกอบเชิงยืนยันอันดับที่ 2 ด้วยโปรแกรม Mplus7.4 และการวิเคราะห์ความต้องการจำเป็นด้วยค่าดัชนีความต้องการจำเป็นแบบปรับปรุง (PNImodified) ผลการวิจัยพบว่า โมเดลองค์ประกอบความสามารถเพื่อการได้รับการจ้างงานในประชาคมเศรษฐกิจอาเซียนของแรงงานอาชีวศึกษามีความสอดคล้องกับข้อมูลเชิงประจักษ์ในระดับมาก ซึ่งประกอบด้วย 3 องค์ประกอบหลัก และ 10 องค์ประกอบย่อย สภาพความต้องการจำเป็นในการพัฒนาความสามารถเพื่อการได้รับการจ้างงานของแรงงานอาชีวศึกษาตามมุมมองของผู้ประกอบการ อยู่ในระดับมีความต้องการจำเป็นเร่งด่วน 6 องค์ประกอบย่อย และอยู่ในระดับมีความต้องการจำเป็น 4 องค์ประกอบย่อย
