THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN THE ADMINISTRATORS’ ROLES AND THE LEARNING MANAGEMENT OF STEM EDUCATION IN SCHOOLS UNDER PATHUM THANI PRIMARY EDUCATIONAL SERVICE AREA

Abstract
The purposed of this research were to study 1) the perception of the teachers on the role of administrators in schools under Pathum Thani Primary Educational Service Area, 2) the learning management of STEM Education in schools under Pathum Thani Primary Educational Service Area, and 3) the relationship between the role administrators and the learning management of STEM Education in schools under Pathum Thani Primary Educational Service Area. The sample group of the research drawn from stratified random sampling consisted of 364 school administrators and teachers in schools under Pathum Thani Primary Educational Service Area. The research instrument used for collecting data was a five-point scale questionnaire. The questionnaire was the administrators’ roles and the learning management of STEM Education in schools under Pathum Thani Primary Educational Service Area. The reliability value of the questionnaire was .982. The data were analyzed by using mean, standard deviation, and Pearson correlation coefficient. The research findings revealed that 1) the perception of the teachers on the administrators’ roles in schools under Pathum Thani Primary Educational Service Area were overall at a high level, 2) the learning management of STEM Education in schools under Pathum Thani Primary Educational Service Area was overall at a high level, and 3) regarding to the relationship between the administrators’ roles and the learning management of STEM Education in schools under Pathum Thani Primary Educational Service Area, there was quite a positive relationship (r=.846) was statistically significant at the .01 level.
