Abstract

The objectives of this research were: 1) to study the industrial waste management behavior of employee in SUMITOMO RUBBER (THAILAND) CO.,LTD. and 2) to study the factors affecting industrial waste management behavior of employee in SUMITOMO RUBBER (THAILAND) CO.,LTD. The sample was 370 employees in SUMITOMO RUBBER (THAILAND) CO.,LTD. Questionnaires were used as research instrument. Statistics for data analysis were percentage, arithmetic mean, and standard deviation. Multiple linear regression analysis was used to test the hypothesis. The results were as follows:

1) In overall, the industrial waste management behavior of employee in SUMITOMO RUBBER (THAILAND) CO.,LTD was at high level.

2) 5S activities, training, compensation and welfare affected the industrial waste management behavior of employee in SUMITOMO RUBBER (THAILAND) CO.,LTD. All independent variables could explain the variation in industrial waste management behavior of employee in SUMITOMO RUBBER (THAILAND) CO.,LTD at 61.1%.
