Abstract
The purposes of this research were to : develop, to find out the quality and efficiency and to compare pre-test and post-test of students’ achievement with the Internet Based Tuturial Lesson on Cable. The population of this research were 15 third year students in Department of Telecommunication Technology at Nawamintrachutit Industrail and Community College. Tools this in research were Internet Based Tuturial Lesson on Cable TV , a quality evalnation form and an achievement test. Statistiics utiliged for date analysis were peruntage, mean, standard deviation, the efficiency value or E1/E2 and t-test. The results of this research revealed that the quality of Internet Based Tuturial Lesson on Cable TV content was excellent level ( = 4.67 S.D. = 0.38) and the media production technique was at the good level (
=3.93, S.D. = 0.74 )Then, the efficiency of Internet Based Tuturial Lesson on Cable TV or E1/E2 was 80.95/81.44 which was congruent with the specified hypothesis. When the pre-test and post-test scores of students’ achievement were compared, it was found
