Factors Affecting Operational Efficiency of IL6S System in Confectionary Manufacturing Process : Case Study of Mondelez International (Thailand) Co.,Ltd.

Abstract

The objectives of this research were to study 1) level of and 2) factors affecting operational efficiency of IL6S system in Mondelez International (Thailand) Co. Ltd. ( a multinational confectionary manufacturing process). The sample sizes were 192 employees. The data were collected by using questionnaires and analyzed by using a statistical program. Statistics used for analysis were percentage, arithmetic mean, and standard deviation. Multiple linear regression analysis was used to test the hypotheses The results were as follows:

     1) The level of operational efficiency of IL6S system of Mondelez International (Thailand) Co.,Ltd was at high level.

     2) Training, Management Policy, Reward, Communication and Organization Management affected operational efficiency of IL6S system in Mondelez International (Thailand) Co.,Ltd. All independent variables could explain the variation in operational efficiency of IL6S system in Mondelez International (Thailand) Co., Ltd at 35.0%..
