Abstract

This paper introduces a tool to create online questionaire called “Questionnaire Builder”. It is one part of action research project on a social software named “KuiPOLL”. This social software derived from Knowledge Unifying Initiator or KUI. The tool consists of various functions of the questionnaire builder from usage of the questionnaire builder to monitor and interpret the results using an online
questionnaire. Presently, KuiPOLL together with the questionnaire builder feature, is now available for services via Kui Society’s web site “http://www.thaisocial.net”. Some organizations already use KuiPOLL’s questionnaire builder service. Requested additional features such as export of KuiPOLL data into spreadsheet format and service on mobile telephones will be added in the short coming future
