Abstract

This paper presents a survey on ad hoc network for disaster scenario. This research surveyed the five areas of research fields, connection models, communication techniques, mobility models, routing protocols and efficient routing protocol which these fields are relevant to each other. A study of the Ad hoc network in disaster scenario was used to improve an ad hoc network in disaster situation so that communication devices or nodes in the network could communicate, transmit information search and rescue for more effectiveness and better chance of survivors in disasters.
