การบูรณาการงานประกันคุณภาพการศึกษากับการจัดการเรียนการสอน การบริการ วิชาการแก่สังคม และงานวิจัย

การบูรณาการงานประกันคุณภาพการศึกษากับการจัดการเรียนการสอน การบริการวิชาการสู่สังคม และ งานวิจัยถูกพัฒนาขึ้น โดยอาศัยกระบวนการ PDCA-PaR และการจัดการความร้ (KM) เป็นเครื่องมือ ในการออกแบบและพัฒนาบนพี้นฐานแนวคิดของการวิจัยดำเนินงาน ทั้งนี้การจัดการเรียนการสอน รายวิชาโครงงานวิทยาการคอมพิวเตอร์ สาขาวิชาเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศและการสื่อสาร (ICT) คณะวิทยาศาสตร์และศิลปศาสตร์ถูกเลือกให้เป็นกรณีศึกษา โดยรายวิชาดังกล่าวมีนักศึกษาจำนวน 26 คน และ อาจารย์จำนวน 8 ท่าน จากการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลจากแบบสอบถามและแบบประเมินผลการเรียน พบว่าอาจารย์ และนักศึกษามีความพึงพอใจต่อการจัดการเรียนการสอนแบบบูรณาการอยู่ในระดับดี โดยมีค่าคะแนนเฉลี่ย เท่ากับ 4.25 และนักศึกษาร้อยละ 88.46 มิผลการเรียนเฉลี่ยอยู่ในระดับดีมาก นอกจากนี้ผลลัพธ์จากการ­ดำเนินงาน สามารถนำไปเป็นหลักฐานการตรวจประเมินคุณภาพการศึกษาในองค์ประกอบที่ 2,4,5, 7, 9, และ 11 (องค์ประกอบที่ 11 เป็นองค์ประกอบที่ มทร.อีสาน กำหนดขึ้นเอง) ในขณะที่งานบริการวิชาการ และงานวิจัยก็ได้รับการพัฒนาไปพร้อมกัน ผลการดำเนินงานเซ่นนี้แสดงให้เห็นว่ากระบวนการบูรณาการ ในบทความนี้ช่วยลดภาระงานของบุคลากร แต่ประสิทธิภาพและประสิทธิผลการดำเนินงานเพิ่มสูงขึ้น

Abstract

The integration of quality assurance with learning and teaching process, community services, and research is proposed by using PDCA-PaR and Knowledge Management (KM) as tools to design and develop. The propose approach is working based on operations research. In this paper, the class of Computer Science Project in a field of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) underlying Science and Liberal Art Faculty is selected as case study. This case study has 26 students and 8 teachers which are used as population. According to analyzed questionnaires and work project assessment form, teachers and students are satisfied with this process and that satisfied is equal to 4.25 in average. The percentage of students who have got the grade A is equal to 88.46%. Moreover, the output of this integration can be used as concrete evidence for quality assurance assessment on the standard criterion of 2, 4, 5, 7, 9, and 11 (the 11 standard criterions is identified by Rajamangala University of Technology Isan). Also, community service and researches are created as well. It can be seen that the integration process in this paper can be used to reduce the work load of teacher and quality assurance team but the efficieney and effectiveness of their works are increasing.
