การพัฒนาเครื่องหั่นกาบมะพร้าวมีจัตถุประสงค์เพื่อพัฒนาเครื่องจักรในการแปรรูปกาบมะพร้าว โดยให้สามารถหั่นกาบมะพร้าวให้มีขนาด 2 4 6 8 และ 10 เซนติเมตร เครื่องมีโครงสร้างขนาด 96 X 66 X 102 เซนติเมตร โดยประกอบด้วย 1. ชุดลำเลียง 2. ชุดรีดกาบ และ 3. ชุดหั่นกาบ ใช้มอเตอร์ขนาด 2 แรงม้าขบชุดลำเลียงและชุดรีดกาบ และใช้มอเตอร์3 แรงม้าขบชุดหั่นกาบ การปรับเปลี่ยนขนาดการหั่นกาบมะพร้าวทำไดโดยการเปลี่ยนปลอกปรับระยะห่างของใบหั่น ให้มีขนาดตามต้องการ การทำงานจะป้อนกาบมะพร้าวตามขวางผ่านชุดลำเลียงและชุดรีดให้ มีขนาดประมาณ 2 เซนติเมตร กาบมะพร้าวจะถูกหั่นด้วยชุดหั่นกาบแล้วตกลงผ่านซ่องออก ด้านหน้าเครื่อง

การทดสอบประสิทธิภาพของเครื่องหั่นกาบมะพร้าวที่พัฒนาเครื่องสามารถหั่นกาบ มะพร้าวขนาด 2 เซนติเมตรได้เท่ากิ[บ 117.3 กิโลกรัมต่อซวโมง ขนาด 4 เซนติเมตรได้เท่ากิบ 122กิโลกรัมต่อซั่วโมง ขนาด6เซนติเมตรได้เท่ากิบ 123.1กิโลกรัมต่อซั่วโมง ขนาด8เซนติเมตร ได้เท่ากิบ 127.5 กิโลกรัมต่อซั่วโมง ขนาด 10 เซนติเมตรได้เท่ากิบ 129.5 กิโลกรัมต่อซั่วโมง และ ใช้เวลาปรับเปลี่ยนขนาดที่ต้องการหั่นกาบมะพร้าว 30 นาทีต่อครั้ง ระด้บเลียงด้งของเครื่อง ขณะทำงาน 88.4 เดซิเบล

Abstract

The purposes of this research were to design and develop the coconut husk cutting machine. Straight and including cutting machine in order to provide the straight cutting husk side of 2 4 6 8 and 10 centimeters. The machine structure with the dimension of 96 X 66 X 102 cm . This machine mainly consists of 1.) the conveying set 2.) the press set and 3.) the cutting set. The 2 horse power motor was used as power source to drive the conveying and pressing set while the cutting set used 3 horse power motor as the power source. This machine can cut the coconut husk to various sizes by changing its sleeve. When operating the machine will feed coconut husk through slowly conveying set and pressing set about press size 2 centimeters of that are feed simultaneously through cutting set.

The result of the study found that coconut husk can be cut by this cutting machine as follows: 2 centimeters husk side for 117.3 kilograms per hour, 4 centimeters husk side for 122 kilograms per hour, 6 centimeters husk side for 123.1 kilograms per hour, 8 centimeters husk side for 127.5 kilograms per hour and 10 centimeters husk side for 129.5 kilograms per hour. The time to change adjustable sleeves is 30 minutes and a machine volume is 88.4 decibels.
