บทคัดย่อ

การวิจัยครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อประเมินประสิทธิผลโครงการแก้โขปัญหายาเสพติดของสถานศึกษา จังหวัดอุตรดิตถ์ ที่ลังกัดสำนักงานคณะกรรมการการอาร็!วศึกษา เพื่อเปรียบเทียบประสิทธิผลโครงการ และเพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยที่มิต่อประสิทธิผลโครงการ กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ใ,นการวิจัยครั้งนี้จำนวน 530 คน เป็น ครู อาจารย์เจ้าหน้าที่ และนักเรียน นักศึกษา เครื่องมิอที่ใช้!,นการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถามวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล โดยใช้ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐานการวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียว (One-Way ANOVA) และการวิเคราะห์สหสัมพันธ์ ผลการวิจัยพบว่า

1. ประสิทธิผลโครงการป้องก้นและแก้ไขปัญหายาเสพติดของสถานศึกษาจังหวัดอุตรดิตถ์ สังกัดสำนักงานคณะกรรมการการอาร็!วศึกษา ปีการศึกษา 2548 ภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับดี เมือพิจารณา เป็นรายด้าน พบว่า ประสิทธิผลด้านการเฝืาระวังและป้องก้นตนเองและผู้ใกล้?ดไม^,ให้เข้าไป เกี่ยวข้องกบกระบวนการยาเสพติด ด้านการตระหนักถึงพิษภัยของยาเสพติด และด้านการเผยแพร่ ประชาสัมพันธ์ความรู้เกี่ยวกบยาเสพติดอยูในระดับดีทุกด้าน
2. ผลการเปรียบเทียบประสิทธิผลโครงการป้องก้นและแก้ใขปัญหายาเสพติดของสถานศึกษา จังหวัดอุตรดิตถ์สังก้ดสำนักงานคณะกรรมการการอาiวศึกษาปีการศึกษา 2548 จำแนกตามสถานศึกษา พบว่ามืความแตกต่างกันอย่างมืนัยสำดัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05 สถานศึกษาที่แตกต่างกัน คือ วิทยาลัย

เทคนิคอุตรดิตถ์ (X = 3.70) แตกต่างกับวิทยาลัยสารพัดช่างอุตรดิตถ์ (X = 3.99) วิทยาลัยการอาช่พ พิชัย (X = 3.99) และวิทยาลัยอาช่วศึกษา อุตรดิตถ์ (X = 4.10) วิทยาลัยสารพัดช่างอุตรดิตถ์ (X = 3.99) แตกต่าง กับวิทยาลัยอาช่วศึกษาอุตรดิตถ์ (X = 4.10) และวิทยาลัยการอาช่พพิชัย (X = 3.99) แตกต่าง กับ วิทยาลัยอาช่วศึกษาอุตรดิตถ์ (X = 4.10)

3. ปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อประสิทธิผลโครงการป้องกันและแก้ไขปัญหายาเสพติดของ สถานศึกษา จังหวัดอุตรดิตถ์ สังกัดสำนักงานคณะกรรมการการอาช่วศึกษาปีการ ศึกษา 2548 ปัจจัยด้านการส่งเสริม และสนับสนุนของผู้บริหาร ด้านความร่วมมือ ของบุคลากรทางการศึกษาและนักศึกษาแกนนำ ด้าน การประสานงานกับหน่วย งานที่เกี่ยวข้อง ด้านการสอดแทรกความรู้เกี่ยวกับยาเสพติดในหลักสูตร การเรียน การสอน และด้านการส่งเสริมกิจกรรมต่อต้านยาเสพติด นอกเหนือจากกิจกรรมที่ อบรมตาม โครงการมืความสัมพันธ์กับประสิทธิผลโครงการฯ อย่างมืนัยสำคัญทาง สถิติที่ระดับ 0.05

Abstract

The purposes of the study is to evaluate the effectiveness of the project on the prevention of methamphetamine distribution in educational institutes under the Office of Vocational Education Commission in Uttaradit province in B.E. 2548, to compare the effectiveness of the project and to investigate the factors relating to the effectiveness of the project. The sample group consisted of 530 teachers, academic personnel and students in the B.E. 2548 academic year. The research instrument was a questionnaire. The data were analyzed by mean, standard deviation, one-way ANOVA and Pearson product-moment correlation. The results are as follows:

1. With regard to the effectiveness of the project on the prevention of methamphetamine distribution in educational institutes under the Office of Vocational Education Commission in Uttaradit province, in general it was found to be at a high level. When considering each aspect separately it was found that the effectiveness of all aspects of: drug danger awareness, self and family prevention from drugs and advertising of drug information was at a high level.
2. When comparing the effectiveness of the project regarding the institutions, there was a significant difference at the 0.05 level. The project effectiveness of Uttaradit Technical College was lower than that of Uttaradit Polytechnic College, Phichai Industrial and Community College and Uttaradit Vocational College, respectively.
3. Regarding the factors affecting the effectiveness of the project, it was found that all factors (administrator’s support, cooperation of academic personnel student leaders, coordination of other organization, knowlegement of drug in study course and the proteced drug activities’s support) were significantly related to the effectiveness of the project.
