การศึกษาความพึงพอใจของนายจ้างต่อบัณฑิต สถาบันเทคโนโลยีพระจอมเกล้าพระนครเหนือ รุ่นปีการศึกษา 2543

บทคัดย่อ

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาความพึงพอใจของนายจ้างต่อบัณฑิต สถาบันเทคโนโลยีพระจอมเกล้า พระนครเหนือ รุ่นปีการศึกษา 2543 และเปรียบเทียบความพึงพอใจของนายจ้างต่อบัณฑิต จำแนกตามคณะและประเภทของ นายจ้าง ผลการวิจัยพบว่า นายจ้างมีความพึงพอใจต่อบัณฑิต สถาบันเทคโนโลยีพระจอมเกล้าพระนครเหนือ รุ่นปีการศึกษา 2543 ในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก ทั้ง 3 ด้าน ได้แก่ ด้านการนำความรู้ไปใช้ในการทำงาน ด้านความรู้พื้นฐานที่ส่งผลต่อการ ทำงาน และด้านคุณธรรมจริยธรรมและจรรยาบรรณในวิชาชีพ ส่วนการเปรียบเทียบความพึงพอใจของนายจ้างต่อบัณฑิต จำแนกตามคณะพบว่า นายจ้างมีความพึงพอใจต่อบัณฑิตคณะวิศวกรรมศาสตร์ คณะครุศาสตร์อุตสาหกรรม คณะวิทยาศาสตร์ ประยุกต์ คณะเทคโนโลยีและการจัดการอุตสาหกรรม และวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีอุตสาหกรรม ไม่แตกต่างกันในภาพรวมทั้ง 3 ด้าน อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 สำหรับการเปรียบเทียบความพึงพอใจของนายจ้างต่อบัณฑิต จำแนกตามประเภทของ นายจ้างพบว่านายจ้างของหน่วยงานราชการ/รัฐวิสาหกิจกับนายจ้างของหน่วยงานเอกชน มีความพึงพอใจต่อบัณฑิต แตกต่าง กันในภาพรวมทั้ง 3 ด้าน อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 โดยนายจ้างของหน่วยงานราชการ/รัฐวิสาหกิจมีความพึง พอใจต่อบัณฑิตมากกว่านายจ้างของหน่วยงานเอกชน

Abstract

The objective of this study is to survey and compare the satisfactions of any group of employers to the graduates of the year 2000 from any faculty of King Mongkut’s Institute of Technology North Bangkok. It can be generally concluded that the employers satisfy these target graduates of KMITNB with high degrees out of three considerations; adaptation of their knowledges to their jobs, fundamental knowledges influencing for their works and ethical behaviors on their vocations. In the comparison of employer’s satisfactions to the graduates from each Faculty of KMITNB, it was found that there were no differences with significant difference at level .05 both in three general and specific considerations for the graduates of Faculty of Engineering, Faculty of Technical Education, Faculty of Applied Science, Faculty of Industrial Technology and Management and College of Industrial Technology. In the comparison of satisfactions of employers’satisfactions from difference fields to the graduates, it was found that there were differences with significant difference at level .05 in three general considerations for the satisfaction of the government/state enterprises employers and private sections. The employers in government/state enterprises pay higher satisfactions than the private sections .
