Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.
  • The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
  • The submission file is in OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, RTF, or WordPerfect document file format.
  • Where available, URLs for the references have been provided.
  • The text is single-spaced; uses a 12-point font; employs italics, rather than underlining (except with URL addresses); and all illustrations, figures, and tables are placed within the text at the appropriate points, rather than at the end.
  • The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines, which is found in About the Journal.
  • If submitting to a peer-reviewed section of the journal, the instructions in Ensuring a Blind Review have been followed.

Author Guidelines

Authors Guideline and Manuscript Preparation

  • Articles published by The Journals of Industry Technology must never be published before and are not under consideration of other journals.
  • The article is no less than 5 pages of B5 or less than 2500 words, counting words with the word count command in MS Word (up to 15 pages). The article contains the title, the author's name, affiliation, contact, author All such content must be prepared in 1-page Thai format and 1 page of English.
  • The subject of the research article consists of 5 - 6 sections: (1) introduction, (2) method of research/experimental operation, (3) findings/experiments and discussion of results, (4) summary, (5) honorary declaration (if any) and (6). Reference Documents
  • For the passage of academic articles, prepare a compiled article from a book, research, experience, or translation to disseminate knowledge in various fields, or to provide useful comments with academic value.

References Format

  • The references in the article require numeric references, such as [1, 2] or [1-3].
  • All article references should be referenced in the correct article content in accordance with the academic principles.
  • References must be written in English only. For references in other languages, translate them into English and specify parentheses of original language at the end of reference list.
  • Reference documents are written according to the format of The Journal of Industrial Technology. Details include the author's full name. Book title or title of the article. The name of the printed document, office or print location, year, volume (no.) and page number of the referenced article.
  • A standard reference document provides details that include the standard, number, standard name, and year of the reference standard. For any reference that is a website or online resource, provide details containing the specific URL (Universal Resource Locator) of the online resource and specify parentheses of accessed date of access to the resource.

Article formatting for publication in The Journal of Industrial Technology, the author can prepare the article format according to the example shown in the template, which the journal has set the format of page and font size for writing the article. The author can download the explanation for writing articles including article structure, references, pictures and tables from the journal's website.

Checklist before Submitting Articles

In the process of submitting an article for consideration in the journal, the author must review the following data list as bellows and noted that if any data is incomplete, the article will be rejected for consideration.

  1. The article must never have been published elsewhere and must not be in the process of being reviewed in other journals.
  2. The articles and accompanying files of the submitted articles must be prepared in accordance with the format and page setup. Examples of journals
  3. Articles submitted for consideration must be written in Thai or English and in Microsoft Word for Windows file format.
  4. The articles submitted for consideration must have adequate and appropriate references to the relevant documents for the content of the submitted article.

Submission

After the authors have reviewed and followed all the requirements for the pre-submission checklist. Authors will submit the original article by following the steps below.

  1. Prepare the article content into the Template (Thai) or Template (English) of the journal
  2. Create username at Register and submit articles in the website www.ojs.kmutnb.ac.th/index.php/joindtech
