การศึกษาการประกันคุณภาพการศึกษาของวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีอุตสาหกรรม

บทคัดย่อ

การวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงสำรวจมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาการประกันคุณภาพการศึกษาตามความคิดเห็นของ บุคลากรวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีอุตสาหกรรม สถาบันเทคโนโลยีพระจอมเกล้าพระนครเหนือ ในเรื่องกลไกการดำเนินงาน การมีส่วน ร่วมของบุคลากร และความรู้ความเข้าใจเกี่ยวกับการประกันคุณภาพการศึกษา กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยได้แก่ บุคลากร ของวิทยาลัยที่ปฏิบัติงานอยู่ในปี พ.ศ. 2547 จำนวน 139 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลคือแบบสอบถาม สถิติที่ใช้ในการ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูล คือ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าความเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ทดสอบสมมติฐานเพื่อการวิจัยระดับนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ 0.05 โดยใช้โปรแกรม SPSS/FW

ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ความคิดเห็นของบุคลากรในด้านกลไกการดำเนินงานและการมีส่วนร่วมของบุคลากรในภาพรวมอยู่ ในระดับมาก ในการเปรียบเทียบความคิดเห็นของบุคลากรสายวิชาการและสายสนับสนุนวิชาการไม่แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญ ทางสถิติ ที่ 0.05 และบุคลากรส่วนใหญ่มีความรู้ความเข้าใจเกี่ยวกับการประกันคุณภาพการศึกษามากกว่าร้อยละ 60 แต่ยังมี ความต้องการให้มีการเผยแพร่ข้อมูล ความรู้เกี่ยวกับการประกันคุณภาพการศึกษาเพิ่มขึ้นอย่างทั่วถึง

Abstract

This survey research has the purpose to study the Educational Quality Assurance in the opinions of the personals of the College of Industrial Technology at King Mongkut’ s Institute of Technology North Bangkok on the following topics the operation mechanism, personnel participation and their understanding about the Educational Quality Assurance. The used samples were 139 College staff who working in the year of 2004. The questionnaire with five satisfactions ratings used collect the data was developed by the researcher. The statistics used analyze the data were percentage, mean and standard deviation. Hypothesis Testing was at the significant level of 0.05 by using the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences. The finding indicated that the opinions of the staff about operation mechanism and personnel participation were at high level. The result of the comparison between the opinions of the academic staff and the supporting staff was highly different at 0.05 significant values. Most of the staff had more than 60% understanding of the Educational Quality Assurance But the still wanted the widespread to the information to increase their understanding.
