บทคัดย่อ

การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาต้นทุนและผลประโยชน์ส่วนบุคคลทั้งทางตรงและทางอ้อมอัตราผลประโยชน์ส่วน บุคคล และสัดส่วนต้นทุนระหว่างผู้เรียนกับมหาวิทยาลัย กลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นบัณฑิตรุ่นปีการศึกษา 2545-2548 ในสาขา วิศวกรรมศาสตร์จำนวน 318 คน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ต้นทุนส่วนบุคคลทางตรง ต้นทุนส่วนบุคคลทางอ้อมและต้นทุนทางสังคมมี ค่าเฉลี่ยต่อคน เท่ากับ 281,951.09 บาท 230,842.90 บาท และ 181,450.13 บาท ตามลำดับ มีอัตราผลประโยชน์ส่วนบุคคลทางตรง กรณีเมื่อสำเร็จการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรีแล้วประกอบอาชีพทั่วไป มากกว่ากรณีเมื่อสำเร็จการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรีแล้ว ประกอบอาชีพรับราชการ ส่วนผลประโยชน์ส่วนบุคคลทางอ้อมที่สำคัญเป็นอันดับ 1 ได้แก่การที่ได้รับการยอมรับจากเพื่อน ร่วมงานหรือหน่วยงาน และต้นทุนส่วนบุคคลทางตรงระหว่างผู้เรียนกับมหาวิทยาลัย มีสัดส่วนเท่ากับ 6.08 : 3.92

Abstract

The aim of this research was to study the private cost and benefit in both direct and indirect approaches, private-benefit ratio and also the cost ratio between the engineering students and the KMUTNB. The primary data was collected from the 318 graduated engineering students of 2002-2005. The results revealed that the average of direct private cost, indirect private cost and social cost will be 281,951.09, 230,842.90, and 181,450.13 baht per head, respectively. Also, the graduated students who worked for the enterprises have more direct private cost than graduated participants who worked as civil servants. Moreover, the most significant indirect private benefit was the recognition by colleagues and organization, the proportion of direct private cost between engineering students and the KMUTNB is 6.08 : 3.92.
