摘要
การวิจัยนี้เป็นการศึกษาการออกแบบและจำลองบ้านซีเมนต์กระดาษสำหรับผู้มีรายได้น้อยโดยออกแบบและสร้างแบบจำลองต้นแบบในมาตราส่วน 1:25 การออกแบบคำนึงถึงความมีเอกลักษณ์ของบ้านซีเมนต์กระดาษ โดยออกแบบตามหลักสถาปัตยกรรม และคำนึงถึงหลักของการออกแบบให้ทุกคนสามารถใช้งานได้เสมอภาคกัน ผลการวิจัยต้นทุนราคาค่าก่อสร้างบ้านซีเมนต์กระดาษขนาดพื้นที่ใช้สอย 39 ตารางเมตร พบว่าราคาค่าก่อสร้างรวมเป็นเงินทั้งสิ้น 339,976 บาท ราคาเฉลี่ยตารางเมตรละ 8,717 บาท ประหยัดกว่าการก่อสร้างทั่วไปในท้องตลาดซึ่งมีราคาเฉลี่ยตารางประมาณเมตรละ 10,826บาท ทั้งนี้ไม่รวมค่าระบบไฟฟ้า, ค่าบริการหน้าดิน, ค่าสำรวจ และค่าที่ดินที่ปลูกสร้าง ยอดการผ่อนชำระสำหรับผู้มีรายได้น้อยกรณีขอสินเชื่อจากสถาบันทางการเงิน ยอดวงเงินกู้บ้านซีเมนต์กระดาษ 339,976 อัตราดอกเบี้ย 3% ผ่อนสูงสุด 30 ปี อยู่ที่ 1,600 บาท/เดือน ซึ่งเป็นยอดผ่อนชำระในราคาไม่มาก
