摘要
งานวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อพัฒนาระบบวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลที่อยู่ทางภูมิศาสตร์ของผู้ต้องหาตามหมายจับของศาล และประเมินผลประสิทธิภาพการทดลองใช้ระบบเว็บแอปพลิเคชันที่พัฒนาขึ้น โดยการวิจัยเป็นการพัฒนาระบบแอปพลิเคชันเพื่อสืบสวนแกะรอยจากไอพีแอดเดรส ใช้วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลหาพิกัดตำแหน่งที่อยู่ของผู้ต้องหา รวมถึงรายละเอียดเครื่องมือสื่อสาร เช่น โทรศัพท์มือถือ หรือคอมพิวเตอร์ส่วนบุคคลของผู้ต้องหา ซึ่งปัจจุบันนี้เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศที่มีการพัฒนาการสื่อสารอย่างไร้ขีดจำกัด ประชาชนทั่วไปรวมถึงผู้ต้องหาตามหมายจับต่างก็ใช้เทคโนโลยีติดต่อสื่อสารผ่านทางโซเชียลเน็ตเวิร์ก จึงสามารถใช้ระบบสืบสวนที่ผู้วิจัยพัฒนาขึ้นเพื่อใช้ในการสืบสวนติดตามและวิเคราะห์หาที่อยู่ทางภูมิศาสตร์ได้ ข้อมูลที่ได้จะถูกส่งกลับมายังฐานข้อมูลเครื่องคอมพิวเตอร์แม่ข่าย และแสดงผลข้อมูลที่ได้ในรูปแบบเว็บไซต์ ซึ่งข้อมูลและผลที่ได้จากการทดลองเป็นไปตามเงื่อนไขการทำงานของระบบที่ผู้วิจัยวางโปรแกรมการทำงานไว้ สามารถวิเคราะห์หาพิกัดตำแหน่งที่อยู่ของผู้ต้องหาได้ แต่ขั้นตอนและวิธีการทำงานเป็นข้อมูลเชิงลับ ผู้ที่จะเข้าถึงข้อมูลได้ต้องเป็นผู้ที่เกี่ยวข้องและมีอำนาจสืบสวน และไม่ควรถูกเปิดเผยต่อสาธารณะ
