การวิเคราะห์วงจรไฟฟ้าสมมูล BVD ของสาร PZT ด้วยวิธีอิมพิแดนซ์

บทความนี้นำเสนอวิธีการวิธีวิเคราะห์วงจรสมมูลของสารเพียโซอิเล็กตริกเซรามิกแบบ BVD[1] โดยการเตรียมสารเลคเซอร์โคเนตไททาเนต (PZT) ลักษณะเป็นแผ่นวงกลมที่มีการสั่นในโหมดความหนา และวิเคราะห์หาอิมพิแดนซ์จากเครื่องวัดค่าอิมพิแดนซ์รุ่น HP4192 และ HP4194 โดยการคำนวณหาค่าพารามิเตอร์ของวงจร BVD ประกอบด้วย 3 วิธี ได้แก่ การคำนวณจากค่าที่วัดได้ด้วยโปรแกรมภายในเครื่อง HP4194, การคำนวณ โดยใช้วิธีของ IEEE 176-1987 จากค่าอิมพีแดนซ์ที่วัดด้วยเครื่อง HP4192 และการคำนวณด้วยวิธีอิมพิแดนซ์ซึ่งเป็นวิธีใหม่ในการประมาณค่ารีแอกแตนซ์ในช่วงความถี่ต่ำกว่าความถี่เรโซแนนซ์หลังจากนั้นนำค่าที่ได้จากการคำนวณด้วยวิธีอิมพิแดนซ์ไปตรวจสอบความถูกต้องโดยการเปรียบเทียบกับวงจร BVD ที่หาได้จาก 2 วิธีแรกโดยใช้การทดลองควบคุมและเปลี่ยนแปลงค่าอุณหภูมิของสาร PZT เป็นกรณีศึกษา เพื่อวิเคราะห์ปัจจัยเงื่อนไขของอุณหภูมิที่มีผลต่อค่าพารามิเตอร์ของวงจร BVD โดยพิจารณาการเปลี่ยนแปลงของค่าพารามิเตอร์ซึ่งประกอบด้วย R[subscript 1], C[subscript 1],C[subscript 0]และ L[subscript 1] ตามลำดับ
