摘要
งานวิจัยนี้นำเสนอการออกแบบและสร้างเครื่องสีข้าวแบบลูกกลิ้งยางขนาดเล็กสำหรับใช้ในครัวเรือนที่ควบคุมการทำงานโดยใช้ Arduino Uno R3 ซึ่งเครื่องสีข้าวที่นำเสนอนี้มีขนาดเล็ก เคลื่อนย้ายได้ง่าย และสามารถสีข้าวได้ทั้งข้าวกล้องและข้าวขาว ในการทดสอบประสิทธิภาพการทำงานของเครื่องสีข้าว ได้ทำการทดสอบสีข้าวและหาความเร็วรอบที่เหมาะสมกับการสีข้าวกล้องและข้าวขาว หากำลังไฟฟ้าและเวลาที่ใช้ในการสีข้าวของพันธุ์ข้าว 7 สายพันธ์ ได้แก่ หอมมะลิ 105, ปทุมธานี 1, กข 31, กข 41, กข 57, กข 61, กข 6 (ข้าวเหนียว) ผลการทดสอบการสีข้าวกล้องและข้าวขาวได้ข้าวกล้องและข้าวขาวเฉลี่ย ร้อยละ 74.95 และ ร้อยละ 59.86 ตามลำดับ โดยความเร็วรอบของมอเตอร์ที่เหมาะสมกับการสีข้าวกล้องและข้าวขาวอยู่ที่ประมาณ 349.78 รอบต่อนาที และ 2278.5 รอบต่อนาที ตามลำดับ ค่ากำลังไฟฟ้าเฉลี่ยที่ใช้ในการสีข้าวกล้องและข้าวขาวอยู่ที่ประมาณ 143 W และ 227 W ตามลำดับ และค่าเวลาเฉลี่ยที่ใช้ในการสีข้าวกล้องและข้าวขาวอยู่ที่ประมาณ 9 นาทีต่อปริมาณข้าวเปลือก 0.5 กิโลกรัม และ 20 นาทีต่อปริมาณข้าวเปลือก 0.5 กิโลกรัม ตามลำดับ
