งานวิจัยการออกแบบสารสนเทศเพื่อการจัดการความรู้องค์พระปฐมเจดีย์ จังหวัดนครปฐม

Abstract

           การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ในการรวบรวมจัดเก็บความรู้ที่สำคัญเพื่อออกแบบสารสนเทศจัดการความรู้องค์พระปฐมเจดีย์ จังหวัดนครปฐม โดยแบ่งการดำเนินงานวิจัยเป็น  5  ช่วง  คือ ช่วงแรกเก็บความรู้จากผู้เชี่ยวชาญที่มีความรู้เกี่ยวกับองค์พระปฐมเจดีย์และปฏิบัติงานอยู่ที่องค์พระปฐมเจดีย์ตลอดจนผู้เชี่ยวชาญด้านการทำวิจัยจำนวน 15 คน โดยการสัมภาษณ์อย่างไม่เป็นทางการ ข้อมูลที่ได้เหล่านี้นำมาวิเคราะห์จัดหมวดหมู่ โดยเก็บข้อมูลทุติยภูมิที่จากการค้นคว้ามาจากหนังสือ เอกสาร ตำรา งานวิจัย บทความและเว็บไซต์จากฐานข้อมูลในระบบเครือข่ายอินเตอร์เน็ต ช่วงที่2 นำข้อมูลจากช่วงแรกมาวิเคราะห์และจัดหมวดหมู่เนื้อหาให้เป็นระบบ ช่วงที่3 การประเมินการตรวจสอบคุณภาพความสมบูรณ์ของเนื้อหาที่ได้จัดหมวดหมู่แล้วโดยให้ผู้เชี่ยวชาญตรวจสอบ จำนวน 5 คน  ช่วงที่4  ออกแบบสารสนเทศการจัดการความรู้องค์พระปฐมเจดีย์ในรูปแบบเว็บไซต์เพื่อต้องการนำไปเผยแพร่ ช่วงที่5 ทำการประเมินคุณภาพการออกแบบสารสนเทศโดยขอความเห็นจากผู้เชี่ยวชาญที่เกี่ยวข้องจำนวน 5 คน  ผลการประเมินคุณภาพความสมบรูณ์ของเนื้อหาอยู่ในเกณฑ์ดี (ค่าเฉลี่ยรวมทั้งหมดจากผลการประเมินเท่ากับ 4.20 ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐานของค่าเฉลี่ยรวมเท่ากับ 0.345) ผลการประเมินคุณภาพการออกแบบระบบสารสนเทศ เพื่อการจัดการความรู้องค์พระปฐมเจดีย์อยู่ในเกณฑ์ดี (ค่าเฉลี่ยรวมทั้งหมดจากผลการประเมินเท่ากับ 4.08 ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐานของค่าเฉลี่ยรวมเท่ากับ 0.521)

             สรุปได้ว่าการออกแบบสารสนเทศเพื่อการจัดการความรู้องค์พระปฐมเจดีย์ จังหวัดนครปฐม มีคุณภาพอยู่ในระดับดีเป็นกระบวนการที่สามารถใช้เป็นแหล่งเผยแพร่ข้อมูลเพื่อการศึกษาการเรียนรู้เรื่ององค์พระปฐมเจดีย์ต่อไป

          This research has purposes to collect and keep the important data to create the information for managing the knowledge of Prapathomjadee Temple, Nakhonpathom Province. This research has 5 research stages. The first stage collected the knowledge from the experts about Prapathomjadee Temple and who worked at Prapathomjadee Temple including the 15 research experts by informal interview. This information was analyzed, categorized, and organized. The secondary data collected from books, documents, research papers, articles and data base from website. Second stage, brought the information from the first stage to analyze and classify content to system. Third stage, evaluated the quality of the categorized content by 5 experts review. Forth stage, designed the information of Prapathomjadee knowledge management in online webpage to publish. Fifth stage, evaluated quality of information design by questioning for the opinions of 5 related experts. The summation of the quality evaluation in the complete content is in a good condition (the total average from the summarize evaluation is 4.20, the standard deviation of the total average is 0.345). Moreover, the summation of the quality evaluation of information system design for Prapathomjadee Temple knowledge management is also in a good condition (the total average from the summarize evaluation is 4.08, the standard deviation of the total average is 0.521).

             The conclusion of the information system design for Prapathomjadee Temple, Nakhonpathom Province knowledge management has a good quality. This project can be the source of reliable information to keep studying and learning about Prapathomjadee Temple.
