การออกแบบต้นแบบส่วนติดต่อกับผู้ใช้แบบกราฟิกส์สำหรับการบันทึกเวชระเบียนอิเลกทรอนิกส์

บทคัดย่อ

            ในการให้บริการตรวจรักษาผู้ป่วย แพทย์จำเป็นต้องบันทึกข้อมูลผู้ป่วยลงเอกสารเวชระเบียนผู้ป่วย ซึ่งอาจจะเป็นการเขียนบันทึกข้อมูลลงเอกสาร ทำให้เกิดปัญหาเรื่องความล่าช้าในการเขียนบันทึก และการค้นหาเอกสาร เสียค่าใช้จ่าย ข้อมูลอาจเกิดการสูญหายและเสียหาย ระบบเวชระเบียนอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ถูกนำมาใช้เพื่อช่วยแก้ปัญหาต่างๆเหล่านี้ แต่ระบบบันทึกข้อมูลเวชระเบียนอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ส่วนมาก ผู้ใช้ต้องพิมพ์ตัวอักษรและข้อความจำนวนมาก ทำให้เสียเวลา มีโอกาสเกิดข้อผิดพลาดในการพิมพ์ข้อมูล และเกิดความไม่สะดวกในการใช้งาน นอกจากนี้ข้อมูลเวชระเบียนผู้ป่วยที่บันทึกไว้ อาจจะไม่สามารถนำไปใช้ประโยชน์ได้อย่างเต็มที่ เนื่องจากขาดรายละเอียดข้อมูลที่แพทย์จำเป็นต้องใช้ ในการติดตามผู้ป่วย การดูแลผู้ป่วยอย่างต่อเนื่อง และการนำไปใช้เป็นหลักฐานทางคดีความ งานวิจัยนี้ได้ใช้การออกแบบระบบที่ผู้ใช้เป็นศูนย์กลาง (User- centered Design: UCD) และส่วนติดต่อกับผู้ใช้แบบกราฟิกส์ (Graphic User Interface: GUI) ช่วยในการออกแบบและพัฒนาต้นแบบระบบการบันทึกเวชระเบียนอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ ทำให้ได้ระบบการบันทึกเวชระเบียนที่ง่ายและสะดวกต่อการใช้งาน ช่วยเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพในการให้บริการรักษาพยาบาลผู้ป่วย

Abstract

        To provide health care services to patients, physicians have to be compelled to record patients' medical records. This could be a document recording that cause drawback of delay in writing and looking out, waste cost, document could loss and corruption. Electronic medical records system is employed to assist solve these issues. However users have to type a lot of characters and sentences that lost time, data entry error and inconvenient to use. Additionally, medical records can't be used totally due to lack of information detail that doctors have to be compelled to monitor patients, continuous patient care and adoption, as evidence by lawsuit .This research use the User-centered Design and the Graphic User Interface to help within the style and development of a simplified prototype for electronic medical record.
