ต้นแบบระบบการจัดลำดับผู้ป่วยเพื่อเข้าใช้บริการอุปกรณ์ทางการแพทย์ และรับบริการของห้องปฏิบัติการทางการแพทย์ : กรณีศึกษาโรงพยาบาลศูนย์นครปฐม

ในการให้บริการตรวจวินิจฉัยและรักษาผู้ป่วยโดยแพทย์ในโรงพยาบาล แพทย์อาจจำเป็นต้องส่งผู้ป่วยเข้ารับการตรวจด้วยเครื่องมือหรืออุปกรณ์ทางการแพทย์ หรือตรวจวิเคราะห์ทางห้องปฏิบัติการทางการแพทย์ หรือการตรวจทางรังสีวิทยา เพื่อที่แพทย์จะได้นำผลที่ได้จากการตรวจไปวิเคราะห์และใช้วินิจฉัยโรคของผู้ป่วยต่อไป แต่โรงพยาบาลมีอุปกรณ์ทางการแพทย์จำนวนจำกัด มีเจ้าหน้าที่ผู้เชี่ยวชาญในการใช้อุปกรณ์ทางการแพทย์เป็นจำนวนน้อย และมีห้องปฏิบัติการทางการแพทย์จำนวนจำกัด โดยที่ในแต่ละวันโรงพยาบาลมีผู้ป่วยมาขอรับบริการตรวจรักษาเป็นจำนวนมาก และผู้ป่วยแต่ละรายอาจจำเป็นต้องรับการตรวจโดยใช้อุปกรณ์ทางการแพทย์หรือตรวจที่ห้องปฏิบัติการทางการแพทย์มากกว่า 1 รายการ ทำให้ผู้ป่วยต้องตัดสินใจและเลือกลำดับเข้ารับการตรวจด้วยตนเอง ทำให้ผู้ป่วยต้องเสียเวลารอคอยเพื่อเข้ารับการตรวจ งานวิจัยนี้ได้พัฒนาต้นแบบระบบการจัดลำดับผู้ป่วยเพื่อเข้าใช้บริการอุปกรณ์ทางการแพทย์และรับบริการของห้องปฏิบัติการทางการแพทย์ โปรแกรมต้นแบบฯ สามารถจัดลำดับการเข้ารับบริการที่ห้องปฏิบัติการทางการแพทย์ และจัดลำดับการตรวจด้วยอุปกรณ์ทางการแพทย์ของผู้ป่วย เป็นการจัดลำดับโดยพิจารณา ลำดับก่อนหลังของการขอรับบริการของผู้ป่วย, ลดเวลาการรอคอยของผู้ป่วย และกระจายการใช้ทรัพยากร จากผลการทดลองการใช้งานโปรแกรมต้นแบบฯ พบว่าโปรแกรมต้นแบบฯ สามารถทำงานได้ถูกต้องเชื่อถือได้ เวลาในการรอคอยการเข้ารับการตรวจของผู้ป่วยลดลง อุปกรณ์ทางการแพทย์มีการกระจายการทำงานอย่างเต็มประสิทธิภาพ และการทำงานในส่วนต่างๆ ของระบบมีประสิทธิภาพ

Abstract

In the diagnosis and treatment of patients by doctors in hospitals. Doctors may have to send a patient to the radiology department or medical laboratories for testing. In order that doctors will take the results of the analysis and diagnosis of patients further. Each day the hospital incorporates a lot of patients, every patient may have to be tested employing a medical instrumentation or medical laboratory quite one item. This make patients choose for the order apply to themselves and await the take a look at. Since the hospital has limited number of medical instruments, medical laboratories and medical staffs, and patient might has un-proper queue for the test, make patient waste time in waiting-process. This research has developed a system prototype to ordering patients to access the services of medical instrumentation and medical laboratories that involved three factors; the order of patient’s request, reducing the waiting time of patients and load balancing of using medical instrumentation and medical laboratory. The results of the experiment show that the prototype work correct and reliable, patient’s waiting time decrease, medical instrumentation and medical laboratory used effective.
