การพัฒนาระบบธุรกิจอัจฉริยะเพื่อสนับสนุนการพยากรณ์และการตัดสินใจของผู้บริหาร กรณีศึกษากลุ่มโรงพยาบาล (Business Intelligence Systems To Support Executive Forecasting And Decisions Making Case Study: Healthcare)

Abstract

             งานวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อพัฒนาระบบธุรกิจอัจฉริยะเพื่อสนับสนุนการพยากรณ์และการตัดสินใจของผู้บริหาร กรณีศึกษากลุ่มโรงพยาบาล โดยใช้ระบบธุรกิจอัจฉริยะ (Business Intelligence) ผ่านโปรแกรมไมโครซอฟท์ เพาเวอร์ บีไอ (Microsoft Power BI) และการจัดการฐานข้อมูลด้วยออราเคิล ดาต้าเบส 11จี (Oracle Database 11g) เพื่อสนับสนุนการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลการรักษาพยาบาลของผู้บริหาร โดยนำข้อมูลจากระบบสารสนเทศโรงพยาบาล (Hospital Information System) และข้อมูลโรคไม่ติดต่อเรื้อรัง (Non-Communicable Diseases : NCDs) มาสร้างรายงานอัจฉริยะ (Dashboard) โดยระบบสามารถพยากรณ์ข้อมูลและปรับเปลี่ยนมุมมองในการวิเคราะห์ช่วยในการตัดสินใจอย่างรวดเร็วและถูกต้อง จากการประเมินความพึงพอใจของระบบโดยผู้บริหารจำนวน 30 คน ได้ค่าเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ 4.15 และค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐานเท่ากับ 0.67 ซึ่งสรุปได้ว่าระบบธุรกิจอัจฉริยะที่พัฒนาขึ้นมาในงานวิจัยชิ้นนี้ใช้ในการสนับสนุนการตัดสินใจของผู้บริหารได้เป็นอย่างดี

               The objective of this research was to develop the business intelligence to support executives forecasting and decision making case study healthcare using business intelligence by Microsoft Power BI and database management with Oracle Database 11g to support the analysis of medical information system for the board of executives. The information was collected from the Hospital Information System and Chronic Non-Communicable Diseases (NCDs) database for create a dashboard and predictive information with analytical perspectives to support decision making efficiently. The experimental and evaluation of satisfaction by the executive of 30 people evaluation of the system was 4.15 and the standard deviation was 0.67. In conclusion, the business intelligence developed in this research support management decisions of the board of chairman very well.
